Our company insures transportation liability insurance every year. (The cumulative limit amount CNY3, 000,000.00 per year. CNY1, 000,000.00 limit per traffic accident. CNY3, 000,000.00 limit per warehousing damage.)

We apply for the transportation insurance on behalf of customers, customers declare the value of the goods. If there is a loss or damage, the insurance company compensates. (Except exclusion clauses). Minimum insurance premium is 3 ‰ of the price of the goods.

If customers did not insure their goods, we compensate the goods which was damaged caused by our liability such as loss, fall and wet. (Except traffic accidents, natural disasters, robbery and force majeure). The compensation is based on the goods loss list and verified original invoices.
